Galería de Artesanos is the go-to destination in Puerto Aysén for finding authentic products with a regional identity. It brings together the work of local craftswomen and craftsmen, with trades that reflect Patagonian culture, including woolen textiles, woodwork, and other handmade pieces. Located in the Ribera Sur area, right next to the iconic Puente Presidente Ibáñez, a visit naturally pairs with a walk across the bridge and along the Aysén riverfront promenade. It is a great stop to chat with the artisans who make the pieces and take home a souvenir with a story behind it. It can be reached on foot from the town center by crossing the bridge over the Aysén river, or by vehicle via the south riverbank access road.
